Board Categories

• Gliders — Before "gliders" they were called "section connectors". Many times as a wave breaks in front of us it would seem it's over, but what if on the other side of that section there was still a wave face? Most boards don't have the speed, aren't on the right line, they're too light and don't carry enough momentum to get us there. Gliders can do this. Once you tap into a glider it forever changes the way you look at waves and the possibilities. Another thing about gliders is that they refine your style of surfing. You find yourself slowing things down, doing less, feeling what the wave is offering and then harnessing it through the board. Instead of imposing your will on the wave, it invites you to glide along for the ride.
